As a part of Anywhere Festival 2023, A Drop Too Many immersed audience in a bushland setting and journeyed through the ebbs and flows of drought and flood in Australia.  The show was a visual and physical theatre work that explored the extremes of Australia's climate, focusing on our experience of droughts and floods, through a combination of Japanese Butoh, poetry, verbatim stories, physical and visual theatre. From the cracked, dusty ground to rising inland seas, the cast bought real stories of joy and hardship to life.

A is for Alphabet  was an abstract, non-linear journey through the alphabet that commented on the way in which humans interact with one another and the environment. Disjointed, fragmented scenes led the audience on a gallery-like theatrical experience. 

Zen Zen Zo's Rebirth 2022 (dir Gina Tay Limpus)

As a part of Zen Zen Zo's annual IN THE RAW season, Rebirth was a celebration of the company's 30th anniversary. A messy, raw and vividly alive adventure from life to death brought to life in the serenity of Montvale, Montville. The show was a celebration of life, death, birth and rebirth as the cycle of life was physicalised through movement, poetry, sweat and mud.

I would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of Meanjin (Brisbane), where I work and create. They have been sharing stories, creating art and forming community since the very beginning. I wish to pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging as I recognise that this was, is and always will be Aboriginal Land.
